Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by your guide and driver for a private transfer to your hotel. As arrival times vary, there are no planned activities today. You can relax at the hotel or explore Hanoi on your own.

Overnight in Ha Noi, CHALCEDONY HOTEL 4* (or similar).

Relish breakfast at the hotel followed by a cultural tour of Hanoi. Begin with a rickshaw cyclo ride through the vibrant Old Quarter, offering a glimpse into contemporary Vietnamese life and history.

Stop at the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first Confucian university, where your guide will explain its cultural and architectural significance.

Next, visit Hoa Lo Prison (Hanoi Hilton), once used by the French to imprison Vietnamese patriots and later for American POWs. Meet a veteran from the Vietnam War (1970–1975) for a firsthand historical perspective.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, offering authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Afterward, drive past the Old Quarter to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, a cherished Hanoi symbol by West Lake.

Return to your hotel by 3:30 PM for a short break.

At 6:00 PM, join a private street food tour with a local expert. Sample Hanoi specialties at bustling street vendors, including dishes like “Bún Chả” and “Chả Cá Lã Vọng”. Conclude your culinary journey by a visit at Train Street (drinks are on your own) and return to your hotel by 9:30 PM.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then travel from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, a picturesque province known for its natural beauty and historical significance. You’ll visit Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital, where you’ll explore historical temples and landmarks that offer insight into the country’s royal past.

After lunch at a local restaurant, enjoy a private boat ride through stunning karst landscapes.

Check into your hotel late afternoon. Enjoy time at leisure then.

Overnight in Ninh Binh – HAVANA HOTEL 4* (or similar).

This morning, you’ll immerse yourself in rural life by participating in a “Learn to Be a Farmer” experience in Dong Tam Village which is just 40 minute-drive away from your hotel. This hands-on activity will allow you to connect with the local culture as you engage in traditional farming practices, from planting rice to other activities that are integral to Vietnam’s rural lifestyle.

Then, head to Tho Ha village for a cooking demonstration, preparing dishes like potato cakes, spring rolls, grilled fish, and goat meat, then sample your efforts.

Afterward, at around 02:00 pm, you will be transferred back to your hotel for your relaxation. The remainder of the afternoon is free at leisure.
